I am an Engineering Lead and Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience across fintech, media, geospatial, and IoT domains. I see engineering through a product lens — I don't just build features, I align technical decisions with business goals, work with stakeholders (including McKinsey and Deloitte teams), and help organizations ship the right thing, the right way.
I've led teams ranging from startup squads to 12-developer cross-functional groups at Alinma Bank (KSA). I founded brCodes, a software startup operating across UK, Lebanon, and Australia, where I wore every hat — architect, PM, developer, and mentor. I also built IoTree Solutions end-to-end: hardware, firmware, and web application for IoT garden monitoring. That breadth gives me the perspective to lead, not just execute.
Currently at Geoptis (La Poste Groupe), I lead frontend architecture, drove the Kubernetes infrastructure migration, and established coding standards adopted across the full team. Outside of engineering, I served as a Mission Leader at the Lebanese Red Cross for 8 years — a role that sharpened my ability to lead under pressure, make fast decisions, and keep teams coordinated in high-stakes environments.

Cross-functional team leadership
At Alinma Bank (KSA), managed a 12-developer, 4-squad engineering team delivering features for a retail banking app used by millions of users in Saudi Arabia for the retail banking app — coordinating with McKinsey and Deloitte to align technical execution with business strategy.
Kubernetes infrastructure migration
Led the full migration of 15+ microservices from Portainer to Kubernetes at Geoptis (La Poste Groupe) (La Poste Groupe), paired with comprehensive monitoring, logging, and security architecture upgrades that identified and resolved critical production issues.
Atomic design adopted team-wide
Introduced and evangelized atomic design patterns across the Geoptis frontend codebase. The component architecture standards I established are now the team standard, improving consistency and reducing duplication.
IoT product built end-to-end
At brCodes, designed and delivered IoTree Solutions from hardware to software — Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LoRa networking, firmware, and a VueJS web application for monitoring and controlling trees and gardens remotely.
Startup founder across 3 countries
Founded and ran brCodes across UK, Lebanon, and Australia — managing teams, client relationships, architecture decisions, and product delivery from a blank slate to published apps serving real users.
